News2008 Fall Classic WinnersDryden residents Scott Lobreau and Mike Mackie take the 2008 Red Lake Fall Classic. THe team brought in total weight of 16.18 on Day One and 15.26 on Day Two for a grand total of 31.44 and a win by a margin of .32!!!! Second place went to Red Lake residents Ed Goulet and Darren Campeau with 31.12. And Third place went to Duane Hell and Gary Roach with a total weight of 31.02. Both kids received $100.00 from Terra Nova and both will get a trophy.
In addtion, they were both able to pick a charity of there choice to donate $50.00 towards.
2008 ResultsIt is quite understandable that so many of you are looking for the results of the 2008 Fall Classic. However, sometimes a volunteer run event is not perfect. This is one of those instances. With a list of reasons too long to list, the results are not yet available. IT IS A VOLUNTEER run tournament!. Please be patient, and we hope to have the results posted sometime on Wednesday. In Addition, results are also not available by email or phone calls. The Fall Classic Committee thanka you in advance for your patience and apolgizes for your disappointment. Friday May 23, 2008Just 37 boats remain available for the 2009 Fall Classic Tournament. If you are registered for 2008, and have been putting off registering for 2009, perhaps its time to bump it it up on your list of things to do! The tournament opens up to the general public after July 11, 2008. 2009 Fall Classic Tournament Entry FeeJanuary 23, 2008 The Entry Fee for the 2009 Tournament has had a small increase to cover rising costs of the tournament. The new fee per team in 2009 will be $350.00. The Big Fish entry will remain the same at $20.00 per team. Please take note that entries for 2009 can be accepted on April 1st, 2008 – cash or cheques only!!!! No post-dated cheques! Any post-dated cheques received before April 1st will be returned to the sender. Entries will also be limited to those entered in the 2008 tournament until July 11, 2008 at which time it will be opened up to everyone. |
